P. Krishnan is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and a Company Secretary with over 35- years of experience in Accounting, Taxation, Statutory and Internal Audits. Several businesses have benefited from Krishnan’s vision, experience and advice.

Krishnan has extensive experience in Banking, Insurance, Real Estate domains and is a renowned expert in tax matters. Prior to setting up the practice Krishnan served the public sector insurance company for over 20 years.

Sharmila is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant & and a Certified Information Systems Auditor. Sharmila leads all of the Statutory, Internal Audit, Tax and Project Audit engagements. She is ably assisted by a team of audit assistants who also carry immense experience in financial and tax audits.

Prior to joining PKACA, Sharmila held Finance and Audit roles in Big4 Firms. Sharmila’s experience in Audit & Assurance work cuts across Private & Public Sector Organizations. She has been associated with several large multi-national corporations in the capacity of an Auditor, Certification authority and/or as a Consultant.

Shyam is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Project Management Professional and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.

Shyam has wide experience in engaging with Varied Business entities in the capacity of an advisor, auditor and/or Consultant. Prior to joining PKACA, Shyam has had the privilege of working with businesses across USA, Middle East, Europe and India. Shyam brings in his global perspective and in-depth knowledge to deliver value-added professional services to our clients.
